Team Rectitude provides accounting and bookkeeping services. Our services are provided
on an as-is basis, and we make no guarantees regarding financial outcomes.

2. Client Responsibilities

3. Fees and Payments

• Payments must be made as per agreed terms.

4. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of
our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information secure and not disclose it to third
parties unless required by law.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with prior written notice. Any outstanding payments must
be settled upon termination.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
