Refund Policy

At Team Rectitude, we strive to provide high-quality accounting and bookkeeping services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If a service was not delivered as agreed due to an error on our part.

  • If you cancel a service before any work has commenced.

  • If there are discrepancies in billing or overcharges.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Services that have already been rendered.

  • Change of mind after service commencement.

  • Failure to provide required information or cooperation.

 

3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at finance@teamrectitude.com.au with details of your request, including:

  • The reason for the refund request.

  • Relevant documentation or evidence.

  • Proof of payment.

 

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.


5. Amendments
